Before joining the TEG Projects team, Miriam was the Capital Programmes Manager for Fonterra Brands where she had oversight of all capital programmes within FBNZ ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

Having previously worked as a Regional Capital Engineer for Kraft Heinz, and as a Process Engineer at Worley, Smruthi joined the TEG Projects team in 2023. She has brought with her strong skills in Stakeholder Management and Project Communication, as well as an honours degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering.
