Smruthi Vishwanath
Senior Project Manager
Having previously worked as a Regional Capital Engineer for Kraft Heinz, and as a Process Engineer at Worley, Smruthi joined the TEG Projects team in 2023. She has brought with her strong skills in Stakeholder Management and Project Communication, as well as an honours degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering. At Kraft Heinz, Smruthi managed a large Pet-Food retorts project, blast freezer upgrades and packer installations. Her time at Worley involved process engineering and project controls of Major Hazard Facilities projects. She also brings brewery and beverage projects experience through her time at Lion Breweries with TEG. With such skills and background knowledge Smruthi is an excellent asset to our newly formed Melbourne team as a TEG Projects Senior Project Manager.
Outside of work Smruthi enjoys art – drawing mandalas and water colour painting to be specific. Smruthi is also a keen beachgoer, badminton and table tennis player.
Qualifications include:
- BEng (Hons) Chemical and Materials, University of Auckland
- Advanced Hygienic Design EHEDG
- PMP®
- Permit to Work Issuing & Receiving
- Certificate in Small Business Management, Te Wananga O Aotearoa
