Sean Rogers
Senior Project Engineer
Sean is a foundation member of our Sydney TEG Projects team as Senior Project Engineer. Sean has over 20 years of experience across the food manufacturing industry, covering projects such as construction, line installations, process optimisation, and waste reduction initiatives. For TEG Projects Sean brings these skills to projects of varying scope from conception through to commissioning and handover.
Outside of work Sean likes to spend time exploring/walking the Hinterland regions and National Parks plus day trips to various tourist spots or just pottering around the house.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, University of NSW
- Advanced Diploma Mechanical Engineering Bendigo TAFE

- Contractor management
- CAPEX budgets and scoping
- Packing line automation
