Gary Saywell
Senior Project Manager
Gary recently joined our Brisbane TEG Projects team as a Project Manager. He comes to us with a depth of experience across the food manufacturing industry, covering projects such as construction, line installations, process optimisation, and waste reduction initiatives. For TEG Projects he brings these skills to projects of varying scope from conception through to commissioning and handover.
Outside of work Gary likes to spend time exploring/walking the Hinterland regions and National Parks with his partner. Visiting the beaches when the weather permits. Plus day trips to various tourist spots or just pottering around the house.
Qualifications include:
- Lean Six Sigma, Black Belt, SAI Global, Sydney
- Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt, George Weston Foods, UTS, Sydney
- Diploma of Business Management, TAFE, NSW
- Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering, University of NSW
- Associate Diploma of Industrial Engineering, TAFE NSW
Specialist fields of activity are:
- Internal stakeholder liaison
- Process improvement techniques (Lean Six Sigma) and equipment line layout optimisation.
- Risk assessments
- Proficiency with MS Project, Kepner-Tregoe, AutoCAD, Allen Bradley PLC and Panelview, SAP, QAD, Maximo/MEX, Rockwell Factorytalk
