Sarah Starkey
Sarah has diverse experience in Project Management both in Australia and New Zealand. Sarah initially started her career in the education sector before specialising in Project Management for a variety of organisations from education to healthcare. She then took on several roles in the post earthquake Canterbury Recovery Project with Hawkins, her final role being Team Manager. One of her most recent positions before joining TEG Projects was as a Change Consultant – Enterprise Resource Programme (ERP) for Alliance Group, her Key Responsibilities were to oversee a $20m data system upgrade for the entire business. This included mapping current state workflows from paddock to plate and applying change management principles to ensure successful implementation for future meat processing systems.
On the weekends you’re likely to find Sarah spending time with family (hubby, two young boys and an energetic Cavoodle) and enjoying the outdoors, either at home in rural North Canterbury or her second home on the West Coast. Family favourite activities include boating and having fun on and around the water when it’s hot, and getting wet and muddy in the bush when it’s not.
Qualifications include:

- Hawkins Project Excellence – Bespoke Project Management course with NZQA credits towards a Diploma in Managerial Excellence in Construction and Engineering (DIPMEEC)
- Site Safe – Certificate in Construction Site Safety

- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (completed to Post Grad Certificate level), Massey University
