His experience spans large-scale capital upgrades, new production and bottling lines, facility expansions, and site redevelopments, with a strong focus on delivering safe, efficient, and future-ready outcomes. John is particularly skilled at managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects are delivered to program, budget, and operational requirements.
