Brandon Tai

Brandon joined our team in 2024 as a Project Manager based in the Auckland region. He has since been promoted to Senior Project Manager. In this role he is responsible for carrying out projects of varying scope from conception through to commissioning and handover. Brandon brings with him a wide scope of experience from his previous roles as a Senior Project Manager responsible for managing design and construction of new building developments for RDW, BECA Australia and others – predominantly in the food and beverage industry and commercial sector.

Outside of work Brandon likes to spend time with his friends and young family – by sharing a meal, exercising together. He likes to keep fit and healthy by running, cycling, mountain biking, Crossfit and handstanding. He also enjoys outdoor adventures (biking, bush walks) with his two young boys. The muddier the better! More recently, he’s been in the process of setting up the 4×4 ready for the camping season.

Specialist fields of activity are:

• Project Management: Extensive experience in project management, including end-to-end project management, project design, and execution across various industries such as food and beverage, logistics, and pet food manufacturing.
• Engineering and Technical Support: Expertise in managing engineering projects, including system calculations, design, cost estimation, and technical support for manufacturing efficiency projects.
• Procurement and Contracting: Proficiency in contracting, procurement processes, compliance with guidelines, and preparation of procurement/tender documentation.
• Leadership and Coordination: Strong leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, stakeholder communication, and leading development and planning processes for complex projects.
